The first half of the day was for our member agencies that have been using our database since 2011. They submitted questions and issues that they were experiencing using the system.
This was hugely beneficial as it facilitated us developing ‘The Most Frequently asked Questions’ document that will be helpful to our new members signing up.
It also helped us identify the key areas for further development to ensure that we capture a wider range of accurate statistics.
The second half of the day was a refresher course on using the database and demonstrating how our new development of the export system works.
